We need a minimum space of 10x10 feet (3x3 meters) and a standard 110V power outlet. This allows us to comfortably accommodate the two armchairs for guests, the technical production table, and our equipment. We take care of all the set-up, basic soundproofing, and clean-up in 45 minutes without interfering with your event's flow.

Don't worry! The set is private, intimate, and there is no interviewer putting them on the spot. On the table, they will find interactive cards with quick questions, fun topics, and suggested icebreakers to start conversing on their own. Our technical crew manages the recording remotely, letting your guests express themselves with total freedom and ease.

Yes. Coverage within Utah County and Salt Lake County is free. For events outside these areas, we apply a reasonable logistical fee to cover travel and accommodation depending on the distance.

If for any reason your event date changes or you decide to cancel before the next 60 days, we refund 100% of your presale deposit within 30 days. No questions asked.

OnFest's service includes the installation of a portable podcast studio at your event, independent professional microphones, interactive prompt cards that guide your guests' conversations without needing an interviewer, and delivery of the fully edited audio and video episode.

We deliver the mastered, fully edited episode within a maximum of 7 business days after your wedding, birthday, or event ends.
